• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

When creating listings, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of items

• Use your own photos or photos you have rights to use

• Set honest and fair prices

• Not list prohibited items (see Section 4)

• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner

• Complete transactions in good faith

LebonLux reserves the right to remove listings that violate these guidelines.

The following are prohibited on LebonLux:

Prohibited Items:

• Illegal goods or services

• Weapons and ammunition

• Drugs and controlled substances

• Counterfeit or stolen items

• Adult content or services

• Hazardous materials

• Live animals (except with proper documentation)

Prohibited Activities:

• Fraud or misrepresentation

• Harassment of other users

• Spam or automated posting

• Manipulation of reviews or ratings

• Circumventing platform fees or rules

• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans

LebonLux is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.

• All transactions are conducted directly between users

• Buyers and sellers are responsible for payment arrangements

• We recommend meeting in safe, public locations

• We recommend cash for in-person transactions

• LebonLux does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items

• Users are responsible for complying with local tax obligations

Our messaging system should be used for:

• Inquiring about listings

• Negotiating prices and terms

• Arranging meetings or deliveries

Users must not use our messaging for:

• Harassment or threats

• Spam or advertising

• Sharing inappropriate content

• Attempting to move transactions off-platform to commit fraud

LebonLux Content: All content on our platform (logos, design, text) is owned by LebonLux and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions). By posting, you grant LebonLux a license to display this content on our platform.

AI-Generated Content: Suggestions generated by our AI tools are provided as assistance. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI suggestions before publishing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LebonLux is provided "as is" without warranties

• We are not liable for transactions between users

• We are not responsible for user-generated content

• We are not liable for losses resulting from platform use

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any)

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Between Users: We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. You may report issues through our reporting system.

With LebonLux: Any disputes with LebonLux should first be addressed through our support channels. Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration under Luxembourg law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Receive multiple reports from other users

• Fail to complete transactions in good faith

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts.
